Thirty two years experience in the construction
and paving industry.
Retired Vice President of Frank W. Whitcomb Construction
Corporation.
Career with F. W. Whitcomb included all aspects
of the business which were learned from the bottom
up, including laborer, equipment operator, plant
operator, lab technician, supervisor, quarry manager,
project manager, estimator, area manager, corporate
officer, and liaison to state and municipal agencies.
UVM graduate with an accomplished record in residential,
commercial, municipal, state and federal projects.
A past member of PAV (Paving Association of Vermont)
and Specification Committees for Vermont and New
Hampshire. Helped design and implement some of
the current VTAOT specifications.
Past Member of The National Asphalt Pavement
Association. Member of the Associated General
Contractors of America and served on the Board
of Directors for the Vermont Chapter.
Troxler certified for nuclear density testing.
Certified Hot Mix Asphalt Paving Technician in
accordance with the requirements of NETTCP (New
England Transportation Technician Certification
Program) certificate # 385
Seth Holden has been involved in many aspects
of Construction. Seth was an
operator and worked on a paving crew. Seth also
worked with an excavation company installing underdrain,
pipe and utilities. This back ground gives him
a
solid base for road evaluations. He also brings
youth high energy and a fresh
outlook to the company.
Sue Holden is our Vice President and Office Manager.
Sue has spent the last 35
years working with Mark in and out of the construction
business. She brings
organization to the office and oversees all aspects
of our administrative
needs.
Experience with equipment, including: trucks dozer,
excavator, front end loader, backhoe loader, motor
grader, welder, torches, and chainsaw.
